I wouldn't be concerned about your name, date of birth and address being lost through your ID, it's probably already on the dark web and/or aggregated data like the electoral register, LinkedIn, domain registrations etc.
Have you used free services like haveibeenpwned, or Mozilla Monitor? Or paid for access to dehashed?
